1. Operator & Acceptance

WAVE Italy is offered under the Via Varsity brand and operated by PRANA PARLOR LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your booking agreement is with PRANA PARLOR LLC, which collects program payments.

By actively accepting these terms during registration, you agree to this agreement and the package details and payment schedule presented before purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for the booking’s payment obligations. Each adult participant must accept these terms for themselves. A parent or legal guardian must accept the applicable terms and provide required consents for each minor.

Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Program Structure & Dates

The organized program begins at the designated meeting location in Florence on Saturday, June 26, 2027, and concludes at the designated reunion location in Florence on Saturday, July 3, 2027.

The itinerary includes:

A welcome dinner and one guest overnight stay in Florence.

Sunday transportation for players to volleyball camp in Sestola and for participating adults to their Tuscan accommodation.

Six nights of camp or adult accommodation, according to the selected package.

Return transportation to Florence on Saturday, July 3.

Exact meeting times, locations and program contact information will be provided before departure.

Flights, airport transfers, extra nights and travel before or after the organized program are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.

3. Packages & Accommodation

WHITE: One player participating in the volleyball program.

BLACK: One player plus one adult, with private accommodation for the adult during the six-night Tuscan villa stay.

GOLD: One player plus two adults sharing an apartment during the six-night Tuscan villa stay.

Players stay in shared camp accommodation, including players whose parents purchase BLACK or GOLD. Florence hotel room arrangements are identified separately in the booking confirmation.

Specific apartment locations, views, layouts and bed configurations are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

BLACK is limited to two bookings across all price tiers, unless availability is expressly revised. A displayed package or submitted inquiry does not reserve a place.

Accommodation or accessibility requirements should be discussed before booking so we can confirm suitable arrangements.

4. Registration, Pricing & Eligibility

Prices are in U.S. dollars and apply to the entire selected package.

WAVE pricing is available to eligible Hudson Wave families. Eligibility must be confirmed during registration before payment is accepted at the discounted price.

Eligible families must complete registration and pay the required deposit by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 31, 2026, to receive WAVE Priority pricing. WAVE Regular pricing applies after that deadline. Public pricing applies to non-WAVE families.

Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly approved in writing.

A reservation is confirmed after we accept the registration, receive the deposit and issue written confirmation. It remains subject to the program-operating confirmation described in Section 7.

The booking confirmation identifies the agreed price, travelers, package and payment schedule. If we cannot accept a booking, its payment will be refunded.

5. Deposits & Payment Schedule

The deposit due at registration is:

WHITE: $500

BLACK: $1,000

GOLD: $1,500

The remaining balance is divided into three installments due:

December 15, 2026

February 15, 2027

April 15, 2027

Exact installment amounts are presented during registration and recorded in the booking confirmation. Any rounding adjustment is applied to the final installment.

For bookings accepted after an installment deadline, amounts already due must be paid at registration. Bookings accepted after April 15 require full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are collected by PRANA PARLOR LLC through the payment methods offered at checkout. Any applicable payment-method charge must be disclosed before payment.

Automatic card installments require separate, express authorization during checkout. Acceptance of these terms alone does not authorize unspecified charges. Zelle payments must be submitted manually by each deadline.

If payment is overdue, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it, normally seven calendar days. Unresolved nonpayment may result in cancellation under the applicable cancellation policy.

6. Participant Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to

waveitaly@viavarsity.com

. The effective cancellation date is the date the request reaches that address.

Deposits and installments are normally nonrefundable as the following cancellation stages are reached:

Cancellation date -> Scheduled cancellation charge

Before December 15, 2026 - > The package deposit

December 15, 2026 through February 14, 2027 -> Deposit plus the first installment

February 15, 2027 through April 14, 2027 - > Deposit plus the first and second installments

On or after April 15, 2027 -> The full package price

The applicable charge will not exceed payments received for the booking. Advance payments exceeding the cancellation charge applicable on the cancellation date will be refunded. Future automatic installments will be stopped once cancellation is processed.

These charges are intended to compensate for reasonable cancellation losses, including committed accommodation and transportation, supplier cancellation charges, and program preparation and reservation costs. They are not intended as a penalty.

We will reduce a charge where necessary to avoid an unreasonable charge or duplicate recovery, taking into account relevant supplier refunds, costs avoided and any replacement booking. Mandatory refund rights remain unaffected.

An eligible replacement traveler may be proposed, subject to our approval, supplier acceptance and required documentation. Any reasonable additional transfer costs will be disclosed before the transfer is accepted.

Removing a traveler or changing a package requires written confirmation. We will explain any resulting accommodation changes, revised package price and cancellation charge before accepting the change. Charges will not be duplicated.

Any refund due will be issued within 30 calendar days after cancellation, or sooner where required by law.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance reimbursement depends on the policy and the reason for cancellation; a nonrefundable payment is not automatically an insured loss.

7. Program Confirmation & Cancellation by the Operator

Operation of the program depends on sufficient enrollment and the availability of essential services. We will confirm whether the program will operate no later than February 1, 2027.

The December 15 installment remains due while program confirmation is pending. If we cancel because enrollment is insufficient, all payments received for the canceled program - including the deposit and any installments - will be refunded.

If we cancel before departure because enrollment is insufficient, or for another reason within our control, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days. A credit or transfer may be offered as an alternative, but will not replace a refund without your agreement.

If only one component of a combined player-and-adult package can operate, we will offer a revised arrangement for your approval or a refund of the combined package payments. We will not require you to accept a materially different package.

Participants should wait for written operating confirmation before purchasing nonrefundable flights or other independent arrangements.

Subject to applicable law, the Operator does not reimburse independently purchased airfare, accommodation or other expenses outside the package. Cancellation or disruption resulting from events beyond our reasonable control is governed by Section 8 and applicable law.

8. Included Services & Itinerary Changes

The package description and booking confirmation identify the purchased services.

Player services include the stated Florence accommodation and dinner, scheduled camp transfers, camp accommodation and meals, volleyball instruction, and the lessons and activities expressly included in the booking.

Adult services include the stated Florence accommodation and dinner, scheduled villa transfers, six nights of villa accommodation with full board, group hosting, and the two included excursions described in the booking information.

Optional activities, personal purchases, extra meals or beverages, and other services are excluded unless expressly included. General destination descriptions and photographs do not add services beyond the stated package.

Weather, ferry operations, safety concerns, supplier availability or other operational conditions may require reasonable changes. We will provide a reasonably comparable alternative where practical. Unsafe sea conditions, for example, may require replacing an island excursion with a mainland experience.

For substantial changes before departure, we will explain the change and applicable options. If an included service is canceled without a comparable substitute, any refund or price adjustment will be determined under applicable law.

Natural disasters, serious public-health emergencies, governmental restrictions, war, civil unrest or transport shutdowns may affect the program. We will take reasonable steps to communicate, mitigate disruption and seek available supplier refunds.

Such events do not automatically eliminate mandatory consumer or refund rights. Additional personal expenses remain the participant’s responsibility except where applicable law or an express commitment provides otherwise.

9. Independent Service Providers

Camp operators, hotels, the villa, transportation companies, ferry operators, wineries and activity providers may be independent businesses responsible for their own services.

Participants must follow reasonable supplier safety rules and complete required participation documents. Material supplier conditions affecting the booking will be disclosed when relevant.

We do not control every supplier action. This provision does not exclude responsibility for our own acts or omissions, contractual commitments or obligations imposed by law.

10. Travel Documents & Arrival Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for passports, visas or entry authorizations, and documents appropriate to their citizenship, transit arrangements and individual circumstances.

Parents and guardians must provide any required custody and minor-travel consent documentation. Required travel-document information and proof of insurance must be provided by May 1, 2027, or an expressly agreed deadline for a later booking.

Participants must arrange independent travel around the designated program meeting and departure times. Notify us promptly of delays.

Additional transfers, accommodation or other personal costs resulting from independent travel disruptions may be payable by the traveler, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

11. Player Supervision & Conduct

Responsibility for supervising a minor begins at the designated staff handoff and ends upon release to an authorized adult at checkout. Alternative arrangements require written approval.

We do not provide supervision on independently booked flights, at airports, or outside the organized program unless expressly agreed.

Players must follow staff instructions, camp rules and curfews. Bullying, harassment, violence, illegal drugs, alcohol consumption by players, and unauthorized departure from supervised activities are prohibited.

We may restrict an activity or remove a participant when reasonably necessary for safety or serious misconduct. Parents or guardians will be notified promptly.

A minor will not be left without appropriate supervision. Early departure requires a safe handoff or travel arrangement with the guardian. Reasonable, documented additional costs attributable to misconduct may be charged where permitted by law.

Refunds remain subject to the cancellation policy and applicable law.

12. Safeguarding & Reporting Concerns

Safeguarding concerns may be reported through

waveitaly@viavarsity.com,

using the subject line “Safeguarding—Confidential.”

Before departure, participants and guardians will receive the designated safeguarding contact, an alternative reporting contact, and an actively monitored program telephone number. A concern involving the designated contact should be reported directly to the alternative contact.

Reports will be handled sensitively and shared only as reasonably necessary to respond, protect participants or comply with legal obligations. Absolute confidentiality cannot be promised where action or reporting is necessary.

Email is not an emergency service. For immediate danger or a medical emergency in Italy, call 112 and notify program staff as soon as safely possible.

13. Health Information & Emergency Medical Consent

Participants must provide accurate information about relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, dietary needs and assistance requirements through the designated confidential process.

We will assess accommodation requests individually with relevant providers and explain what can reasonably be arranged.

By accepting these terms for a minor, the parent or guardian authorizes designated program representatives to seek necessary emergency medical evaluation and treatment if the guardian cannot promptly be reached. Staff will make reasonable efforts to contact the listed emergency contacts.

This consent does not make program staff medical professionals. Medication administration requires separately documented instructions and an agreed procedure.

Participants or guardians are responsible for medical expenses not paid by insurance, subject to any liability or reimbursement obligation imposed by law.

14. Required Travel Insurance

All travelers must maintain insurance valid in Italy throughout their actual travel dates, including emergency medical treatment, medical evacuation and repatriation.

Players’ coverage must include organized volleyball camp participation, coached practices and scrimmages. A general reference to sports or adventure activities is not sufficient confirmation.

Proof of coverage and emergency-assistance information must be provided by May 1, 2027, or an expressly agreed deadline for a later booking. Any minimum coverage limits or additional requirements will be disclosed before booking.

Trip cancellation and interruption protection is strongly recommended for nonrefundable program payments and independent travel costs. Policy benefits, exclusions and purchase deadlines are determined by the insurer.

Camp or supplier insurance is limited to its own policy terms and does not replace required traveler coverage. We do not guarantee payment of an insurance claim.

Failure to provide required coverage after notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy may prevent participation, subject to the cancellation policy and applicable law.

15. Assumption of Risk & Adult Release

International travel, athletic training and related activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, unfamiliar conditions, road transportation, swimming, ferry travel and outdoor activities.

Participants acknowledge those risks and agree to follow reasonable safety instructions, communicate relevant concerns and participate within their abilities.

ADULT PARTICIPANTS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each adult participant, acting for themselves, releases PRANA PARLOR LLC and its officers, employees and designated program representatives from claims arising from inherent participation risks and ordinary negligence connected with the program, but only to the extent such a release is lawful and enforceable.

This release does not apply to gross negligence, recklessness, intentional misconduct, fraud, or liability that cannot legally be released. It does not remove contractual rights to purchased services or legally required refunds.

A parent’s or guardian’s acceptance does not purport to release a minor’s claims where such a release is prohibited. Parental consent, medical authorization and acknowledgment of risk remain separate from any release.

16. Adult Conduct & Optional Activities

Adults are responsible for lawful conduct and responsible alcohol consumption.

Activities independently purchased or undertaken during personal time are outside the package unless expressly included. Suggestions about optional activities are not guarantees of safety or insurance coverage.

Minors may participate in activities outside the supervised program only through an approved arrangement with their parent or guardian.

Participants may be responsible for intentional or negligent property damage they cause, as established under applicable law. Requests for reimbursement must identify the damage and supporting costs.

17. Privacy & Promotional Images

Our WAVE Italy & Via Varsity Program Privacy Notice, available alongside the registration form, explains how registration, payment, travel and health information is handled.

Access to registration and medical information is limited to authorized personnel and relevant service providers who need it for program administration, delivery or participant safety. Information may also be disclosed for emergency treatment or as required by law.

We do not sell participant or family contact information or share contact lists with other organizations for their marketing.

Permission to use identifiable photographs or videos for marketing is requested separately. Promotional consent is optional, and declining it does not affect participation or pricing.

A parent or guardian must provide any promotional consent relating to a minor.

18. Concerns, Governing Law & Agreement Records

Please report concerns promptly so we have a reasonable opportunity to address them. This does not shorten statutory claim periods or prevent emergency action.

Subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory consumer protections, this agreement is governed by New Jersey law. Disputes may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey, except where applicable law provides a non-waivable right to another forum.

Nothing prevents a lawful regulatory complaint, insurance claim or good-faith exercise of statutory payment-dispute rights.

We retain the version of the terms accepted with each registration. Later website updates do not automatically replace an existing booking agreement. Material changes will be communicated and require any consent mandated by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
